Protein Characterization Sales Manager
Location: New York, United States
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales manager to ensure the achievement of sales tasks and develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through high-quality services.
Primary Responsibilities:- Project planning and oversight. Coordinate and develop program goals, strategic plans, and project quotations.
- Conduct project research and build, maintain and execute project plans to meet customer needs and ensure sales success.
- Meet or exceed customer expectations and develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments affecting target markets.
- Ensure clear, concise, and accurate communication of products/services information during sales presentations as needed.
- MSc in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biological Engineering, Material Sciences or related fields.
- Hands-on experience operating LC-MS and GC-MS instruments.
- Experience in oversight or participation in a biopharmaceutical project is a plus.
- Basic programming skills relevant to large scale protein data analysis preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across a multidisciplinary team.

Protein Characterization Scientist
Location: New York, United States
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales manager to ensure the achievement of sales tasks and develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through high-quality services.
Primary Responsibilities:- Carry out routine lab duties including sample QC, sample detection and data analysis.
- Apply broad protein chemistry experience to characterize and analyze recombinant protein, antibodies or other biopharmaceuticals from a top-down or bottom-up approach.
- Design and execute biochemical and biophysical experiments.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and correcting scientific issues/problems.
- Establishment of novel biochemical assays.
- Collaborate with other team members to advance projects through the development pipeline.
- Support sales efforts including pre-sales technical presentations and discussion on experimental design to improve our win rate in complex sales situations.
- MSc in biochemistry, cell biology, analytical chemistry or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant work experience in an academic or pharmaceutical industry lab.
- Hands-on experience operating LC-MS and GC-MS instruments.
- Ability to rapidly learn, develop, optimize, validate, and execute novel assays.
- Established track record of accomplishments in protein characterization.
- Experience in physicochemical principles of protein structure and stability.
