To better understand the physiopathology of viral infection and to identify the molecules involved in the mechanisms of host resistance/susceptibility, accurate and more complete identification of cellular and viral genes is necessary. Through bioinformatics analysis of differentially expressed genes, pathways and genes involved in viral infection can be revealed to a certain extent.
