Untargeted metabolomics, also known as discovery metabolomics, is used when there is no intended target. This metabolomics approach can provide comprehensive biochemical information of metabolism in organisms, identifying and covering as many metabolites and metabolic pathways as possible. As an international contract research organization (CRO), Creative Proteomics continues to expand our services and improve our existing resources to help scientists accelerate their research and support their projects. Based on our ultrahigh performance liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) platform with metabolomics data processing system, we are dedicated to providing fully automated, high-throughput, one-stop untargeted metabolomic analysis for virus infections.
Since there are different physicochemical properties as well as the wide concentration range of the metabolites present in biological samples, we offer different analytical techniques for untargeted metabolomics analysis. The metabolic profiling of virus infections is performed using an untargeted multiple platform methodology combining UHPLC-MS and GC/MS. The complementarity in the information obtained by the different analytical techniques provides an integrated biological view of the studied system, allowing confirmation of results and increasing the mapping of the biochemical routes.
On our platform, the sample preparation, data information extraction, metabolic channel analysis, and statistical report involved in metabolomics testing can all be fully automated operation. Based on the mass spectrometry library containing a large number of small molecule metabolites, we are able to accurately and rapidly analyze more than 95% of small molecule metabolites covering various biological samples, including body fluids or tissue samples, preclinical animal models of virus infection, and infected cell cultures. For other special samples, please contact us.
Untargeted metabolomics can reflect the multiple dynamic responses of living organisms to virus infections in vivo, providing a new perspective for viral disease diagnosis, pathological research, and new drug development. Creative Proteomics is committed to providing high-quality service to greatly accelerate our customers' project progress and success. Our services can be highly customized according to customer requirements. For more information on how we can help you, please feel free to contact us. We are glad to cooperate with you!
